The kitchen is the first room you enter as you go through the side door. It comprises of a stand alone sink. There is a water supply to the left fixed to the walls. The concrete floor is in good condition. The dividing wall between the Arrumos and the kitchen has been badly rendererd and could do with rendering totaly or cleaning and pointing. The dividing wall between the Sala and Kitchen will be plastererd. The cieling although sound could benifit from a modern finish. Photo's

The smallest of the rooms will be the new bathroom. As the bathroom suite is the most likley thing that people will want to pick for themselve it is the last thing that I will do..The concrete floor is sound. It could benifit from a skin on the walls and the wirring being hidden.Photo's

Sala/hall

The room ajoining the kitchen has a window to the patio and doors to the two bedrooms and the sitting room. The concrete floor is sound. All the walls need a new skin and the doorways need new liners and doors. The cieling although in sound condition could benifit from a modern finish. Most of the wiring can be hidden. Photo's

Quato- sitting room

The window to this room has been changed to a doorway giving access to the garden. It has a sound concrete floor. The cieling has been removed and the roof timbers replaced.Photo's

This room has a window to the patio and has a good wooden floor and cieling photo's

Arrumos- newbuild

The shed promises to be the best room in the house with its size and elevation. This part of the building has had the most of the work done to it. The wooden fIoor has been replaced with a block and beam floor the walls have been taken to the foundation and rebuilt a wooden balcony and new wooden steps have been built into the patio.. Photo's

A shot from the hill opposite give a good view of the property and shows the dimensions perfectly. The back wall of the sala is indicated by the black chimney near the centre of the picture.
